...WINTER STORM WATCH REMAINS IN EFFECT FROM LATE TUESDAY NIGHT
THROUGH WEDNESDAY EVENING...

* WHAT...Heavy snow and blowing snow possible. Total snow
  accumulations between 4 and 8 inches possible. Winds could gust as
  high as 35 mph.

* WHERE...Northwest and north central North Dakota.

* WHEN...From late Tuesday night through Wednesday evening.

* IMPACTS...Plan on slippery road conditions. Areas of blowing snow
  could significantly reduce visibility. The hazardous conditions
  could impact the Wednesday morning and evening commutes.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...A period of freezing rain is possible at the
  onset of this winter storm.
