For waters beyond five nautical miles of shore on Lake Ontario

Waves are the significant wave height - the average of the highest
1/3 of the wave spectrum. Occasional wave height is the average of
the highest 1/10 of the wave spectrum.

.SYNOPSIS...An elongated 29.4 inch low will move into the central
Great Lakes today, with one piece of this low passing just south of
the lake tonight. A 29.3 inch low will develop over the central
Plains Thursday, then move to the central Great Lakes by Friday
night, weakening to 29.7 inches as it moves just north of Lake
Ontario Saturday. A 30.4 inch high will then slowly build east
across the Great Lakes through early next week.

Patchy fog early. Snow showers with possible freezing rain and
sleet likely early. Waves 7 to 11 feet subsiding to 5 to 8 feet.
Waves occasionally around 14 feet.
.THURSDAY...East winds 15 to 20 knots. Waves 3 to 6 feet.
.THURSDAY NIGHT...East winds 15 to 25 knots. A chance of rain
overnight. Waves 3 to 6 feet building to 4 to 7 feet. Waves
occasionally around 9 feet.
.FRIDAY...East winds 15 to 25 knots becoming southeast. Rain.
Waves 5 to 8 feet. Waves occasionally around 10 feet.
.FRIDAY NIGHT...South winds 15 to 20 knots becoming west. Rain
