* WHAT...Snow and blowing snow. Additional snow accumulations up to
  one inch. Winds gusting as high as 60 mph.

* WHERE...In Minnesota, Lincoln and Lyon Counties. In South Dakota,
  Brookings and Kingsbury Counties.

* WHEN...Until 1 PM CST this afternoon.

* IMPACTS...Plan on slippery road conditions. The combination of
  falling snow and winds will lead to periods of blowing snow that
  may briefly reduce visibility. The hazardous conditions could
  impact the Wednesday morning commute.
