...WINTER STORM WARNING REMAINS IN EFFECT FROM 5 PM THIS AFTERNOON TO
5 AM MST FRIDAY...

* WHAT...Heavy snow expected. Total snow accumulations between 4 and
  10 inches with locally higher amounts possible. Winds gusting as
  high as 45 mph.

* WHERE...Kaibab Plateau.

* WHEN...From 5 PM this afternoon to 5 AM MST Friday.

* IMPACTS...Roads, and especially bridges and overpasses, will likely
  become slick and hazardous. Travel is not recommended as heavy
  snowfall and low visibility will create dangerous driving
  conditions.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  Forecast snowfall amounts from 5 PM MST Today to 5 AM MST Friday...

Fredonia:         2 to 4"          Jacob Lake:       6 to 8"

  9 inches possible. Winds could gust as high as 50 mph.

* WHERE...Western Mogollon Rim.

* WHEN...From 8 PM this evening to 5 AM MST Friday.

* IMPACTS...Roads, and especially bridges and overpasses, will likely
  become slick and hazardous. Periods of moderate to heavy snowfall
  will create snow-covered roads and hazardous driving conditions.
  Strong winds could cause extensive damage to trees and power lines.

* WHEN...From 8 PM this evening to 8 AM MST Friday.

* IMPACTS...Roads, and especially bridges and overpasses, will likely
  become slick and hazardous. Periods of moderate to heavy snowfall
  will create snow-covered roads and hazardous driving conditions.
  The hazardous conditions will impact the Thursday evening and
  Friday morning commutes. Gusty winds could bring down tree
  branches.
