Waves are the significant wave height - the average of the highest
1/3 of the wave spectrum. Occasional wave height is the average of
the highest 1/10 of the wave spectrum.

.SYNOPSIS...A strong 30.7 inch high will build southeast over the
lower Great Lakes tonight before moving off the New England coast
Monday night. A weak 30.1 inch low will then move from the Ohio
Valley late Tuesday to off the New England coast Tuesday night. A
30.3 inch high will briefly build over the lower Great Lakes
Wednesday before moving off the New England coast Wednesday night. A
29.8 inch low is then forecast to move from the mid Mississippi
Valley Wednesday night to the lower Great Lakes Thursday night
before weakening while shifting across southern New England on
Friday.
