late evening and overnight. Gusts to 45 kts. Waves 6 to 10 ft
building to 14 to 18 ft after midnight. Blowing snow. snow and a
slight chance of rain. Visibility one quarter mile or less at
times.
.FRIDAY...W wind 15 to 25 kts veering NW to 30 kts in the late
