The National Weather Service in St Louis has issued a

* Tornado Warning for...
  Central Saint Louis County in east central Missouri...
  Saint Louis City in east central Missouri...

* Until 515 PM CDT.

* At 447 PM CDT, severe thunderstorms capable of producing a tornado
  were located along a line from over Olivette to over Sunset Hills,
  moving east at 45 mph.

  HAZARD...Tornado.

  SOURCE...Radar indicated rotation.

  IMPACT...Flying debris will be dangerous to those caught without
           shelter. Mobile homes will be damaged or destroyed. Damage
           to roofs, windows and vehicles will occur. Tree damage is
           likely.

* Locations impacted include...
  Town and Country, Creve Coeur, Des Peres, Kirkwood, Sunset Hills,
  Ladue, St. Ann, Crestwood, Webster Groves, University City,
  Richmond Heights, Overland, Clayton, St. Louis, Berkeley, Ferguson,
  Jennings and Bellefontaine Neighbors.

This includes the following State Parks...
Scott Joplin Historic Site.

This includes Interstate 44 in Missouri between exits 276 and 277.

Move to an interior room on the lowest floor of a well-built building
away from windows. If you are outdoors, in a mobile home, or in a
vehicle, move to the closest substantial shelter and protect yourself
from flying debris.
