* Special Marine Warning for...
  Bay and Gulf Side from Craig Key to Halfmoon Shoal out to 5
  fathoms...
  Gulf Waters from East Cape Sable to Chokoloskee 20 to 60 nm out and
  beyond 5 fathoms...
  Gulf of America including Dry Tortugas and Rebecca Shoal Channel...

* Until 1015 PM EDT.

* At 908 PM EDT, strong thunderstorms were located along a line
  extending from 9 nm southeast of D Tower to 6 nm west of L Tower to
  18 nm northwest of Tortugas Ecological Reserve North, moving
  southeast at 25 knots.

  HAZARD...Wind gusts 34 knots or greater.

  SOURCE...National Weather Service Meteorologist.

  IMPACT...Expect wind gusts in excess of 34 knots, suddenly higher
           waves, frequent lightning, and heavy downpours.

* Locations in the warning include...
  Dry Tortugas, Pulaski Shoal Light, Dry Tortugas Light, Tortugas
  Ecological Reserve North, Fort Jefferson, P Tower, and L Tower.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Prepare for wind gusts in excess of 34 knots, steep and fast-building
seas, frequent lightning, and blinding downpours. Stay low or go
below, and make sure all on board are wearing life jackets.

Intense and continuous lightning is occurring with these storms. Stay
low, or go below. Lower VHF antenna, outriggers, fishing rods, and
umbrellas.
