MORNING...

* WHAT...Mixed precipitation. Ice accumulations of a glaze to one
  tenth of an inch, as well as up to an inch of snow. Winds gusting
  as high as 35 mph.

* WHERE...Portions of eastern Vermont.

* WHEN...Until 10 AM EDT this morning.

* IMPACTS...Plan on slippery road conditions. The hazardous
  conditions could impact the Friday morning commute.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Light snow and drizzle will trend towards
  showers before temperatures gradually rise above freezing this
  morning. Greatest risk of icy conditions will remain above 1000
  feet elevation and elevated surfaces.
