  Winds gusting as high as 35 mph may lead to patchy blowing and
  drifting snow.

* WHERE...Stutsman, Logan, LaMoure, McIntosh, and Dickey Counties.

* WHEN...Until 4 PM CDT this afternoon.

* IMPACTS...Travel will be very difficult.
