* At 403 PM CDT, a severe thunderstorm was located near Webb, or 17
  miles southeast of Spencer In Clay County, moving northeast at 30
  mph.

  HAZARD...60 mph wind gusts and quarter size hail.

  SOURCE...Radar indicated.

  IMPACT...Hail damage to vehicles is expected. Expect wind damage
           to roofs, siding, and trees.

* Locations impacted include...
  Emmetsburg, Silver Lake, Rush Lake, Five Island Lake, Ruthven,
  Ayrshire, Curlew, Rodman, Kearney State Park, and Emmetsburg
