At 1000 PM CDT, Doppler radar was tracking a cluster of strong
thunderstorms along a line extending from Spirit Lake Nation to near
Oakwood. Movement was northeast at 40 mph.

HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 50 mph.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
         unsecured objects.

Locations impacted include...
Devils Lake, Grafton, Park River, Hallock, Drayton, Camp Grafton, and
Minto.
