This low will then lift out across Quebec tonight and Thursday while another 29.6 inch low develops and tracks northeast off the mid-Atlantic and New England coastlines. This second low will then retrograde northward and then northwestward across the Canadian Maritimes and Quebec respectively Friday and Saturday. A third 29.5 inch low will then track from the southeastern states northeastward into the western Atlantic Saturday through Sunday... while a 29.8 inch high ridges across the Lower Great Lakes.
