1/3 of the wave spectrum. Occasional wave height is the average of
the highest 1/10 of the wave spectrum.

.SYNOPSIS...A 30.5 inch high will slowly weaken as it advances
across the eastern Great Lakes today. Elongated low pressure
averaging 29.8 inches will push across the Great Lakes Tuesday and
Wednesday. 30.3 inch high pressure builds into the Ohio Valley
Thursday and Friday.

less.
.TUESDAY...Southeast winds 5 to 15 knots becoming southwest. Snow
showers likely in the morning. A chance of freezing rain and snow
showers late. Waves 2 feet or less.
.TUESDAY NIGHT...West winds 10 to 15 knots increasing to 15 to
25 knots. A chance of snow showers overnight. Waves 1 to 3 feet
building to 4 to 7 feet. Waves occasionally around 9 feet.
.WEDNESDAY...West winds to 30 knots becoming northwest. A chance
of snow showers. Waves 5 to 9 feet building to 6 to 10 feet.
