* Until 1030 AM EDT.

* At 932 AM EDT, a strong thunderstorm was located near Raritan
  Wreck, moving east at 30 knots.

  HAZARD...Wind gusts to 40 knots and small hail.

  SOURCE...Radar.

  IMPACT...Small craft could be damaged in briefly higher winds and
           suddenly higher waves.

* Locations impacted include...
  Frying Pan Shoals Buoy, Frying Pan Shoals Light Tower, City Of
  Houston, Wreck 33, and Raritan Wreck.
