* AFFECTED AREA...In South Dakota, Dewey, Potter, Faulk, Spink,
  Stanley, Sully, Hughes, Hyde, Hand, Jones, Lyman and Buffalo.

* WINDS...South 25 to 35 mph with gusts up to 45 mph.

* RELATIVE HUMIDITY...As low as 15 percent.

* IMPACTS...Any fires that ignite will spread rapidly and become
