.SYNOPSIS...A 29.1 inch low near James Bay will move across northern
Quebec today while swinging a cold front across the lake this
morning, with a weak secondary cold front then crossing the lake
tonight. A 30.6 inch high will then settle across the Great Lakes
Sunday, New England Monday, and across the western Atlantic Tuesday.
A weak wave of low pressure averaging 30.1 inches will track across
the Ohio Valley and Lower Great Lakes Tuesday and Tuesday night,
with a 30.4 inch high then building across the Lower Lakes region
Wednesday.
