* Until 415 PM EST.

* At 321 PM EST, a strong thunderstorm was located 12 nm southeast of
  The Elbow Light, moving south at 15 knots.

  HAZARD...Wind gusts 34 knots or greater and small hail.

  IMPACT...Expect wind gusts in excess of 34 knots, suddenly higher
           waves, frequent lightning, and heavy downpours.

* The strong thunderstorm will remain over mainly open waters.
