* At 853 PM EST, a strong thunderstorm was located over Conch Reef,
  moving west at 20 knots.

  HAZARD...Wind gusts 34 knots or greater.

  IMPACT...Expect wind gusts in excess of 34 knots, suddenly higher
           waves, frequent lightning, and heavy downpours.

* Locations in the warning include...
  Whale Harbor, Tavernier Creek, Twin Keys, Tavernier, Steam Boat
  Channel, Cotton Key, and Molasses Reef Light.
