.SYNOPSIS...A strong low pressure system, 29.10 inches, moves from northern
lower Michigan to central Lake Huron this evening. This will
continue to bring widespread gales to the Great Lakes. A Gale
Warning is in effect. The low quickly moves out tonight with high
pressure, 30.20 inches, briefly building back in on Saturday. A
second strong low pressure system, 28.90 inches, moves across
southern Michigan and Lake Huron late Sunday into Monday. This
brings additional potential for gust to gales.

.REST OF TONIGHT...West at 35 knot gales with gusts to 45 knot gales
becoming northwest 20 to 25 knots with gusts to 35 knot gales early
in the morning. Mostly cloudy with scattered light snow showers this
evening...then partly cloudy after midnight. Waves 3 to 5 feet.
Waves occasionally around 7 feet.
.SATURDAY...Northwest winds 15 to 20 knots diminishing to 10 to 15
knots late in the morning...then diminishing to 5 to 10 knots early
in the afternoon backing to the southeast late in the afternoon.
Partly sunny. Waves 2 feet or less.
.SATURDAY NIGHT...East winds 5 to 10 knots increasing to 15 to 20
knots. Cloudy. A chance of light snow ...then snow likely after
midnight. Waves 2 feet or less.
.SUNDAY...East winds 20 to 25 knots becoming southeast 15 to 20
knots in the late morning and early afternoon...then becoming south
20 to 25 knots with gusts to 30 knots early in the afternoon. Mostly
cloudy. A chance of light rain and snow until late afternoon. Waves
2 to 4 feet.
