...Rain Changing to Wet Snow Early This Morning...

A band of precipitation is moving east into the Red River valley
and will continue to move east thru northwest Minnesota and move
out mid morning. Temperatures within this band of precipitation
cool enough so that rain changes to wet snow. Some accumulations
will occur north of Highway 2. The snow will melt after daybreak.
But some areas north of Highway 2 will see a slushy accumulation
on area roads so use caution.
