* Special Marine Warning for...
  Waters from Deerfield Beach to Ocean Reef FL from 20 to 60 NM
  excluding the territorial waters of Bahamas...

* Until 930 PM EDT.

* At 831 PM EDT, severe thunderstorms capable of producing
  waterspouts were located along a line extending from 36 nm east of
  Sunny Isles to 44 nm east of Surfside, moving southwest at 25
  knots.

  HAZARD...Waterspouts.

  SOURCE...Radar.

  IMPACT...Waterspouts can easily overturn boats and create locally
           hazardous seas.

* Severe thunderstorms will remain over mainly open waters.
