The National Weather Service in Des Moines has issued a

* Tornado Warning for...
  Southeastern Emmet County in northwestern Iowa...
  Northeastern Palo Alto County in northwestern Iowa...

* Until 730 PM CDT.

* At 647 PM CDT, a severe thunderstorm capable of producing a tornado
  was located over Graettinger, or 7 miles north of Emmetsburg,
  moving east at 15 mph.

  HAZARD...Tornado and quarter size hail.

  SOURCE...Radar indicated rotation.

  IMPACT...Flying debris will be dangerous to those caught without
           shelter. Mobile homes will be damaged or destroyed.
           Damage to roofs, windows, and vehicles will occur.  Tree
           damage is likely.

* This dangerous storm will be near...
  Ringsted around 715 PM CDT.

Other locations impacted by this tornadic thunderstorm include Wolden
County Park, Ringsted, and Graettinger.
