  Southwestern Allegany County in western New York...

* Until 630 PM EDT.

* At 546 PM EDT, a severe thunderstorm was located 7 miles northwest
  of Allegany, or 8 miles east of Salamanca, moving east at 40 mph.

  HAZARD...60 mph wind gusts and quarter size hail.

  SOURCE...Radar indicated.

  IMPACT...Hail damage to vehicles is expected. Expect wind damage
           to roofs, siding, and trees.

* Locations impacted include...
  Cuba, Weston Mills, Hinsdale, Friendship, Ischua, Humphrey,
  Richburg, Haskell Flats, Black Creek, and West Clarksville.

This includes Interstate 86 between exits 27 and 30.
