WELLS...SOUTHWESTERN ADAMS AND JAY COUNTIES THROUGH 615 PM EDT...

At 529 PM EDT, Doppler radar was tracking a cluster of strong
thunderstorms near Montpelier, or 8 miles north of Hartford City,
moving southeast at 25 mph.

HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 40 mph and pea size hail.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
         unsecured objects. Minor hail damage to vegetation is
         possible.

Portland, Montpelier, Geneva, Pennville, Westchester, Center,
Nottingham, Bryant, Salamonia, Mcnatts, Trinity, Brice, Bellfountain,
Keystone, Domestic, Balbec, Dillman, Petroleum, College Corner, and
