...MODERATE TO HEAVY SNOW EXPECTED THIS EVENING...

Snow will move into the area by early evening and continue for a
few hours past midnight. Snow accumulations of 1 to 3 inches are
expected, but there may be localized areas of up to 4 inches.
During periods of heavy snow, visibilities could be reduced to a
quarter mile. Snow covered roads and reduced visibility will
create poor travel conditions this evening. If you must travel,
slow down and drive to the conditions.
