AFTERNOON FOR ELEVATIONS ABOVE 4000 FEET ...

* WHAT...Snow for elevations above 4000 feet. Additional snow
  accumulations of 2 to 5 inches.

* WHERE...Northern Trinity.

* WHEN...Until 4 PM PST this afternoon.

* IMPACTS...Plan on slippery road conditions.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...An additional 1 to 3 inches of snow most
  likely along Scott Mountain Pass. Very light snow observed as low
  as 3000 feet early this morning.
