SOUTHEASTERN HENDERSON...NORTHWESTERN MCLEAN...CENTRAL HOPKINS AND
WEBSTER COUNTIES THROUGH 600 PM CST...

At 533 PM CST, Doppler radar was tracking strong thunderstorms along
a line extending from near Beech Grove to near Providence. Movement
was southeast at 25 mph.

HAZARD...Pea size hail.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Minor hail damage to vegetation is possible.

Locations impacted include...
Owensboro, Providence, Sebree, Clay, Dixon, Robards, St. Joseph,
Beech Grove, Hanson, Nebo, and Slaughters.

This includes Interstate 69 in Kentucky between Mile Markers 122 and
141.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

If outdoors, consider seeking shelter inside a building.

Torrential rainfall is also occurring with these storms and may lead
to localized flooding. Do not drive your vehicle through flooded
roadways.

Frequent cloud to ground lightning is occurring with these storms.
Lightning can strike 10 miles away from a thunderstorm. Seek a safe
shelter inside a building or vehicle.

These storms may intensify, so be certain to monitor local radio
stations and available television stations for additional information
and possible warnings from the National Weather Service.
