the highest 1/10 of the wave spectrum.

.SYNOPSIS...Cooler northeast flow in the wake of a cold front will
persist through tomorrow, bringing elevated waves and wind gusts
across the Lake Huron shoreline. High pressure, 30.20 inches,
will then fill in on Thursday, decreasing wind speed intensity
and relaxing wave heights.
