The National Weather Service in Lake Charles has issued a

* Special Marine Warning for...
  Atchafalaya and East Cote Blanche Bays...
  Coastal waters from Lower Atchafalaya River to Intracoastal City LA
  out 20 NM...

* Until 315 PM CST.

* At 221 PM CST, a severe thunderstorm capable of producing
  waterspouts was located near South Marsh Island 239, or 10 nm south
  of Marsh Island, moving southeast at 20 knots.

  HAZARD...Waterspouts, wind gusts 34 knots or greater, and large
           hail.

  SOURCE...Radar.

  IMPACT...Waterspouts can easily overturn boats and create locally
           hazardous seas. Small craft could be damaged in briefly
           higher winds and suddenly higher waves. Large hail could
           result in structural damage.

  South Marsh Island 239, Eugene Island 105, Eugene Island 57, Eugene
  Island 24, Eugene Island 100, South Marsh Island 236, Eugene Island
  28, South Marsh Island 243, Eugene Island 63, Eugene Island 74,
  Eugene Island 30, Eugene Island 32, Eugene Island 42, and Eugene
  Island 53.

Frequent lightning is occurring with this storm. If caught on the
