  Waters from Suwannee River to Apalachicola FL from 20 to 60 NM...

* Until 1045 AM EST/945 AM CST/.

* At 941 AM EST/841 AM CST/, strong thunderstorms were located along
  a line extending from 29 nm northwest of Empire Mica Wreck to 14 nm
  south of Port St. Joe to 12 nm southeast of S Tower, moving
  northeast at 15 knots.

  HAZARD...Wind gusts 34 knots or greater.

  SOURCE...Radar indicated.

  IMPACT...Expect wind gusts in excess of 34 knots...suddenly higher
           waves...frequent lightning...and heavy downpours. Make
           sure all on board are wearing life jackets.

* Locations impacted include...
  O Tower, Port St. Joe, S Tower, V Tower, Apalachicola, C Tower,
  Cape San Blas, and St George Island.
