* WHERE...Central Highlands and Guadalupe County.

* WHEN...From 6 AM to 4 PM MDT Tuesday.

* IMPACTS...Damaging winds could blow down trees and power lines.
  Power outages are possible. Travel will be difficult, especially
  for high profile vehicles, from dangerous crosswinds and blowing
  dust reducing visibility.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Take action to secure trash cans, lawn furniture, and other loose or
lightweight outdoor objects. Extremely hazardous driving conditions
