...A STRONG THUNDERSTORM WILL IMPACT SOUTHERN PORTAGE AND
NORTHWESTERN WAUSHARA COUNTIES THROUGH 115 PM CDT...

At 1221 PM CDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm 8
miles east of New Rome, or 12 miles southeast of Wisconsin Rapids,
moving east at 20 mph.

HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 40 mph and half inch hail.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
         unsecured objects. Minor hail damage to vegetation is
         possible.

Locations impacted include...
Plainfield, Wild Rose, Almond, Hancock, Blaine, Heffron, Bancroft,
and Emmons Creek Barrens.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

If outdoors, consider seeking shelter inside a building.

Torrential rainfall is also occurring with this storm and may lead to
localized flooding. Do not drive your vehicle through flooded
roadways.
