Weather Watch, which is in effect from Thursday afternoon through
Thursday evening.

* AFFECTED AREA...Fire weather zone 434. Fire weather zone 435.
  Fire weather zone 436. Fire weather zone 437. Fire weather zone
  417. Fire weather zone 418. Fire weather zone 430. Fire weather
  zone 431. Fire weather zone 432. Fire weather zone 433.

* WIND...South to southwest winds 15 to 20 mph with gusts of 30 to
  35 mph.

* HUMIDITY...Afternoon humidity of 8 to 15 percent.

* IMPACTS...any fires that develop will likely spread rapidly.
  Outdoor burning is not recommended.
