* At 653 AM CDT, strong thunderstorms were located along a line
  extending from 9 nm north of Bastrop Bay to near Galveston 317 to
  near High Island A142, moving south at 35 knots.

  HAZARD...Wind gusts to nearly 50 knots.

  IMPACT...Small craft could be damaged in briefly higher winds and
           suddenly higher waves.
