.Synopsis for Massachusetts and Rhode Island coastal waters...
Leftover rain showers from overnight on the waters continue to move
eastward this morning, with winds decreasing and shifting west
today. High pressure then establishes itself over the waters Sunday,
bringing nice boating weather for mariners. A weak cold frontal
passage then takes place on Mon, which could bring showers later in
the day to the waters, but high pressure building back in brings a
return to tranquil conditions for the waters through late in the
week.
