* At 500 PM EDT, a strong thunderstorm was located near Triumph Reef,
  moving southeast at 15 knots.

  HAZARD...Wind gusts to 40 knots.

  SOURCE...Radar.

  IMPACT...Small craft could be damaged in briefly higher winds and
           suddenly higher waves.

* Locations impacted include...
  Soldier Key, Key Biscayne, Elliott Key, Triumph Reef, Cape Florida,
  Miami Beach, and Surfside.
