1/3 of the wave spectrum. Occasional wave height is the average of
the highest 1/10 of the wave spectrum.

.SYNOPSIS...
A ridge averaging 30.20 inches will extend from high pressure along
the East Coast through Monday. Low pressure of 29.80 inches will
move through the Great Lakes region Tuesday into Wednesday,
extending a cold front across Lake Erie.
