...STRONG THUNDERSTORMS WILL IMPACT WOOD...LINCOLN AND MARATHON
COUNTIES THROUGH 1030 PM CDT...

At 923 PM CDT, Doppler radar was tracking strong thunderstorms along
a line extending from near Ogema to 9 miles east of Medford to near
Colby to near Black River Falls. Movement was northeast at 35 mph.

HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 40 mph and pea size hail.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
         unsecured objects. Minor hail damage to vegetation is
         possible.

Locations impacted include...
Wausau, Marshfield, Weston, Merrill, Rib Mountain, Mosinee, Tomahawk,
Spencer, Pittsville, and Dutch Corners.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

If outdoors, consider seeking shelter inside a building.

Torrential rainfall is also occurring with these storms and may lead
to localized flooding. Do not drive your vehicle through flooded
roadways.
