the highest 1/10 of the wave spectrum.

.SYNOPSIS...We remain positioned in between a 29.40 inch low over
New England and a 30.60 inch high over central Canada. Cold air
aloft will lead to waterspout chances and extensive shower
coverage through mid-week as well. The high will drift east over
the region on Wednesday and will persist into the weekend.
