  Culpeper,  Fauquier, Western Loudoun, Madison, and Rappahannock
  Counties.

* WHEN...From 2 AM to 9 AM EDT Saturday.

* IMPACTS...Frost could harm sensitive outdoor vegetation. Sensitive
  outdoor plants may be killed if left uncovered.
