HAZARDS: LOCALLY HEAVY SNOWFALL WITH ACCUMULATIONS OF 15 TO 25 CM BY THURSDAY MORNING. POOR VISIBILITY AT TIMES IN HEAVY SNOW AND BLOWING SNOW. ADDITIONAL SNOWFALL EXPECTED THURSDAY. TIMING: NOW THROUGH WEDNESDAY NIGHT. DISCUSSION: LAKE EFFECT SNOW SQUALLS HAVE SHIFTED NORTH OF THE AREA AS WINDS BECOME SOUTHWESTERLY. ADDITIONAL SNOW WILL OCCUR WEDNESDAY ASSOCIATED WITH A LOW PRESSURE SYSTEM. ADDITIONAL SNOW SQUALLS WILL OCCUR WEDNESDAY NIGHT AS THE LOW EXITS AND STRONG NORTHWESTERLY WINDS DEVELOP.
