1/3 of the wave spectrum. Occasional wave height is the average of
the highest 1/10 of the wave spectrum.

.SYNOPSIS...A strong 30.7 inch high will drift east across New
England today and off the coast tonight. A weak 30.1 inch low will
move from the Ohio Valley late Tuesday to off the New England coast
Tuesday night. A 30.3 inch high will briefly build over the lower
Great Lakes Wednesday before moving off the New England coast
Wednesday night. A 29.8 inch low is then forecast to move from the
mid Mississippi Valley Wednesday night to the lower Great Lakes
Thursday night before weakening across southern New England Friday.

A chance of rain. Waves 2 feet or less.
