* Until 545 PM CDT.

* At 501 PM CDT, a severe thunderstorm was located over Bella Villa,
  or over Lemay, moving east at 40 mph.

  HAZARD...60 mph wind gusts and small hail.

  SOURCE...Radar indicated.

  IMPACT...Expect damage to roofs, siding, and trees.

* Locations impacted include...
  Webster Groves, University City, St. Louis, Clayton, Florissant,
  Ferguson, Jennings, Cahokia, Godfrey, Granite City, Alton,
  Belleville, Fairview Heights, East St. Louis, Collinsville,
  Edwardsville, Swansea and O'Fallon.

Scott Joplin Historic Site, Confluence State Park and Horseshoe Lake
State Park.

Seek shelter inside a well-built structure and stay away from
windows. This storm is capable of producing damaging winds.

Tornadoes can develop quickly from severe thunderstorms. Seek shelter
immediately in an interior room on the lowest floor of a well-built
structure.

A Tornado Watch remains in effect until 800 PM CDT for portions of
southwest Illinois and east central Missouri.
