40 kts decreasing to to 30 kts with gale force gusts to around
40 kts in the late evening and overnight. Waves 5 to 8 ft. Heavy
freezing spray and areas of blowing snow in the evening. a chance
of light snow in the evening. Visibility one quarter mile or less
at times in the evening.
