* WHAT...Snow showers. Additional snow accumulations up to one inch
  or higher in heavier snow showers. Winds gusting as high as 35 mph.

* WHERE...Portions of east central Ohio, western Pennsylvania, and
  portions of northern West Virginia.

* WHEN...Until 4 AM EDT Tuesday.

* IMPACTS...Plan on rapid changes to visibility and road conditions
  due to brief heavy snow.

  Winds gusting as high as 40 mph.

* WHERE...Portions of northwest Pennsylvania, Laurel Highlands, and
  the higher terrain of northern West Virginia.

* WHEN...Until 5 PM EDT Tuesday.

* IMPACTS...Plan on slippery road conditions. The hazardous
  conditions will impact the Tuesday morning and evening commutes.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Slow down and use caution while traveling. The latest road conditions
