.SYNOPSIS FOR CALIFORNIA WATERS...A coastal trough will
gradually weaken today into tonight. The trough will redevelop
along the S California coast Tue through Tue night. Weak ridging
will persist W of the waters today through Mon, then gradually
build E into the S waters Mon night through Wed night. To the N
and W of the ridge, a cold front will move S into the N waters
Tue into Tue night, while a second cold front farther S moves E
into the central waters. The associated area of low pressure will
move E into the central waters Tue night as the southern front
moves S into the southern waters, pushing the ridge S.
