* At 525 PM EDT, strong thunderstorms were located along a line
  extending from 15 nm southeast of Tofte Safe Harbor to 12 nm east
  of Oak Island to 30 nm south of Ashland Breakwater Lighthouse,
  moving east at 60 knots.

  HAZARD...Wind gusts 34 knots or greater and small hail.

  SOURCE...Radar.

  IMPACT...Small craft could be damaged in briefly higher winds and
           suddenly higher waves.
