* At 558 PM MDT, a severe thunderstorm was located 5 miles west of
  Philip, moving northeast at 35 mph.

  HAZARD...60 mph wind gusts.

  SOURCE...Radar indicated.

  IMPACT...Expect damage to roofs, siding, and trees.

* Locations impacted include...
  Philip, Kadoka, Milesville, Belvidere, Ottumwa, Billsburg,
  Cottonwood, Nowlin, and Grindstone Butte.

This includes Interstate 90 in South Dakota between Mile Markers 139
and 165.
