The National Weather Service in St Louis has issued a

* Tornado Warning for...
  Northwestern Saint Charles County in east central Missouri...
  Southeastern Warren County in east central Missouri...

* Until 330 PM CDT.

* At 249 PM CDT, a severe thunderstorm capable of producing a tornado
  was located over Innsbrook, or 6 miles south of Wright City, moving
  northeast at 50 mph.

  HAZARD...Tornado and quarter size hail.

  SOURCE...Radar indicated rotation.

  IMPACT...Flying debris will be dangerous to those caught without
           shelter. Mobile homes will be damaged or destroyed. Damage
           to roofs, windows and vehicles will occur. Tree damage is
           likely.

* This tornado will be near...
  Innsbrook around 250 PM CDT.
  Wright City and New Melle around 255 PM CDT.
  Wentzville, Josephville, Lake St. Louis and Dardenne Prairie around
  305 PM CDT.

Other locations impacted by the tornado include Foristell, Flint Hill
and Kampville.

This includes Interstate 70 in Missouri between exits 199 and 228.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Move to an interior room on the lowest floor of a well-built building
away from windows. If you are outdoors, in a mobile home, or in a
vehicle, move to the closest substantial shelter and protect yourself
from flying debris.
